We have three levels of domestic insurance that we offer,
each aimed at various target markets.
Personal
Comprehensive policies that span a range of covers for household and personal items. Our product has been designed with various extensions of cover to meet the needs of domestic risk. This means cover for your residential property, outbuildings, holiday homes and contents within your home, as well as special cover for collections such as art, jewellery or watches.

Qualifying Criteria:
Our product has been developed and designed with various extensions of cover which have been selected to meet the needs of domestic risk.
- Minimum age 25
- No motor only
- Minimum contents R150 000
- Minimum homeowners R1 000 000
- All quotes subject to claims and loss ratios
- 55 yrs and older – nil basic excess
Inspire
The Inspire product caters to the affluent individual, providing all of the peace of mind and security inherent in a bespoke insurance product. Key to this product is that items of specific importance to the Inspire client are often removed from the home to be used on the go: high-end cameras and video equipment, fashion items, jewellery and watches. These would usually form part of All Risks insurance, but with Inspire, we cover them on an Assets All Risks basis, with varying limits to suit each individual.

- Minimum contents sum insured R1 250 000 – where no homeowners cover is included
- Minimum combined non-motor assets of R3 000 000 which is subject to a minimum contents of R1 000 000
- Subject to claims history
- 55 yrs and older – nil basic excess
Flawless
The Flawless product is exclusively designed to meet the unique requirements of the high net worth individual. Flawless clients can expect a specialised methodology of cover, extensions and a dedicated team always available to them as part of a product dedicated to safeguarding the assets of the discerning individual. This product also includes higher limits in respect to asset all risk cover.

- Minimum combined sum insured R4 000 000, subject to minimum contents of R1 500 000

Limited Mileage
Limited mileage is a product that looks after those clients that don’t spend as much time on the road. Given the mileage that is recorded, the client will qualify for various discounts on the specific vehicle, subject to specific terms and conditions.
This product has various tiers to suit every client.
Discounts range from 15% to 40% depending on mileage and value of the vehicle.
General Conditions:
- Vehicle must be insured on a comprehensive basis
- Vehicle must be claims free for the preceding 12 month period to qualify
- Client must provide proof of mileage for the required period by way of images
- Only applicable to private type vehicles
- Not available to business use vehicles
- Not available to drivers under 23 years old
- Minimum vehicle sum insured must be R150 000
Personal Cyber

Insurance Zone has produced a market-leading product to cover the individual from the various cyber risks at play in an ever-evolving digital space.

Wheel and Tyre
Wheel and Tyre is a bespoke product that covers direct damage caused by a road hazard to any tyre and/or rim of your vehicle, subject to specific terms and conditions. This product has three tiers to suit every vehicle, starting from as little as R30.00 per month!
