How to submit a claim for

- In the app press the panic button and the call centre will call you back to assist
- Call the Insurance Zone Assist call centre on 0861 467 966.
- Provide the call centre with your details.

- Contact your service provider immediately to blacklist a stolen phone.
- In the case of theft, report to the police and get a case number.
- Inform us of the incident.
- Complete the Property Loss claim form.
- Forward it to us on customercare@insurancezone.co.za with a copy of the blacklisting report.

- Contact the police to report the burglary/theft and get a case number.
- Inform us immediately so an assessor can evaluate the loss.
- Complete a Property Loss claim form.
- Forward the completed form to us within 24 hours of the incident.

- If you have downloaded our app please proceed to the motor accident claims page on the app to continue.
- Do not admit to or accept liability.
- Get other person’s name, ID, phone number, car registration, and address.
- If the vehicle is towed, get the contact details of where it was taken.
- Report the accident to the police within 24 hours and get a case number.
- Complete the Motor Vehicle Accident Claim Form.
- Forward completed claim form to us within 24 hours of the incident.

- If applicable, contact your satellite tracker and the police immediately.
- Get a police case number.
- Complete the Motor Vehicle Theft Claim Form.
- Forward completed form to us within 24 hours.
